I'm trying to put quotation marks and apostrophes in links and buttons, but I can't seem to get it to work.

For example:

[["It's a bomb!"|Bomb]] and [[\"It\'s a bomb!\"|Bomb]]

Both display as Its a bomb!

But using ASCII breaks the link:

[[\&#34It\&#39s a bomb!\&#34|Bomb]]

shows up correctly as "It's a bomb!" but clicking the link doesn't do anything. Is there a way around this, or is it a bug?
